About Asimov in general
I won't even try to deal with the hundreds of books written by Asimov. One thing is sure, I wouldn't read only him in a row for an entire year, but I still think he's the most logical and phantasy-full science fiction writer around. What I admire in him is that he is able to open a world in front of us, including us in it, making us accept it as a normal world, rendered even more realistic by added everyday life details. And he explains all this as we now explain about ourselves in magazines, thus as if he didn't explain at all. He's starting to be the basis for everything that's science fiction.
